Personal memory and current context
This AI authorization also covers personal memory for career assistance. Where the service is available, memory is enabled by default after you accept this version. It indexes eligible existing and future career conversations, confirmed career context, approved profile and CV records, owned vacancies, applications and visible workflow records. Current saved settings and selected application records are read directly to answer your request; they take precedence over older memories.
The memory index uses self-hosted embeddings and owner-isolated storage. Recalled excerpts may be sent to the configured conversational AI provider as untrusted context under the safeguards in these terms. Contact and restricted identity, residence, health, credential, payment and secret data are excluded from indexing. Memory is a rebuildable projection, not a source of truth, and never authorizes a document change or application submission.
You can turn memory off independently in Settings without disabling other AI functions. An explicit choice to turn it off is preserved when you renew your AI agreement. You can inspect, forget or exclude memories and request a rebuild. Turning memory off stops indexing and recall without deleting source records; source deletion, forgetting and account erasure retain their respective deletion controls. No separate memory agreement is required. Older AI acceptances are not treated as acceptance of this expanded scope.
Purpose and AI interaction
You interact with AI when using the corresponding career functions. AI drafts, summarizes, extracts, translates and reviews career materials using permitted user-approved facts, permitted conversation content and public vacancy data. Outputs support your own work; they are not verified statements or a recruitment decision.
Separate agreement and account controls
The AI Processing Terms are separate from the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Current registration requires acceptance of the Terms and AI Processing Terms and acknowledgement that you have read the Privacy Notice. Your account's current standing AI authorization is checked before processing; you do not provide a new acceptance for every request.
After registration, review the status or withdraw your authorization in Settings. When an existing member's agreement is missing, withdrawn or outdated, the review step offers acceptance of the current version or continuing without AI. Without current authorization, the AI functions that depend on it remain unavailable. The Privacy Notice explains personal data processing and its legal bases; acceptance of these terms alone does not establish that every legal requirement is satisfied.
Truthfulness and review
AI must not invent employment history, qualifications, dates, metrics, language levels, work authorization, salary, availability or application outcomes. Despite this rule, output may be wrong or omit important context. Review and correct suggestions before applying them or sharing documents. Some requested translations can apply directly in the selected mode; review the resulting document as well. Uverna does not automatically submit applications or guarantee interviews or hiring.
Permitted and excluded data
Only content permitted for the chosen purpose may be sent to an AI service. Restricted identity, residence-document, health, payment, secret and provider-token data must not be sent. CV import excludes contact, identity, sensitive and residence-authorization sections from AI input, with additional filtering for detected direct identifiers and sensitive content.
Server-side extraction and storage of your CV are distinct from AI transmission. The filters are safeguards, not a guarantee that inputs are anonymous or that every accidental sensitive detail is detected. Do not enter restricted material into free-text conversations.
External providers and safeguards
External AI processing requires a configured, approved provider with training disabled. Depending on the configured service, input can pass through an AI router to a model provider. Requests ask for providers that store no input (zero data retention) and exclude it from data collection. The AI router and model providers can process input outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, an applicable transfer basis is required, as described in the Privacy Notice. Processing restricted to the EU may be enabled later; this document will then be updated. The Privacy Notice describes recipient categories, international processing and how to request details. Application controls limit permitted input and use provider settings to restrict storage and secondary use. These requirements must be met for the chosen provider and model; an endpoint, request flag or setting alone does not prove zero retention or exclusion from training.
Withdrawal and existing results
Withdrawing authorization affects future AI processing dependent on it. It does not itself delete previously saved proposals or documents or undo a request already transmitted. Account and content deletion controls remain available, and statutory erasure requests can be directed to the privacy contact. Earlier transmission is not permission for unlimited further processing. Any data protection consent can be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
