Service scope
Uverna helps individual users prepare truthful CVs and cover letters, discover public vacancies and organize their own applications. The provider is identified in the operator details on this page and in the Impressum. The available functions and limits shown at registration or ordering define the scope of the service. Test access is an early product version and may have restricted features and usage allowances.
Registration and account access
Access is subject to the admission requirements displayed at registration. Please review the current Terms, Privacy Notice and separate AI Processing Terms before accepting them; current registration requires acceptance of the Terms and AI Processing Terms and acknowledgement that you have read the Privacy Notice. You can read and save the documents from their public pages.
Provide accurate details, use your own account and protect your credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. When email verification is required, your account remains pending without a signed-in session until verification. Erasure of an unconfirmed registration is initiated after seven days.
Lasting Free membership
Free membership continues without an upgrade deadline, including for accounts admitted with an invitation or access code. Free includes 8,000 starter credits once, 10 active applications and 4 CV variants. Starter credits are not replenished monthly. Manual editing, viewing saved jobs and exporting remain available within plan limits when credits are exhausted; metered searches and AI require available credits and the applicable AI authorization.
An account does not become read-only and is not scheduled for deletion solely for not upgrading. Free use creates no payment obligation or automatic paid subscription. A paid plan requires a separate explicit order. This does not promise indefinite storage. Manual deletion requests and erasure that has already started remain effective; the Privacy Notice explains how unstarted automatic trial deletion requests are superseded.
AI assistance and manual submission
AI features depend on your separate current AI authorization and available usage allowances. You can review and withdraw that authorization in Settings; existing members can continue without AI when asked to review the AI agreement. Generated materials can contain errors. Check employers, dates, qualifications, language levels, work authorization and other facts before using them. Do not adopt invented facts.
You decide whether and how to apply. Uverna does not automatically submit applications, and opening a vacancy source does not confirm submission. Public vacancies can change or expire; check the original source. No interview or employment outcome is guaranteed. General information does not replace individual legal, tax or immigration advice.
Your content and permitted use
Use only content you are entitled to process and respect the rights of other people. Do not upload identity or residence documents, health records, payment-card data, passwords or other secrets. Do not submit unlawful content, attack the service, bypass access restrictions or interfere with someone else's account.
You retain your rights in your content. You permit its processing as needed to provide the services you request and operate the service. This does not give us permission to publish your application materials or use them for advertising.
Paid services, availability and changes
Where paid services are available, they require a separate explicit order showing price, duration and cancellation conditions. Trial use alone does not create a payment obligation. Applicable precontractual information and statutory withdrawal rights remain in place. Deleting an account and cancelling a paid contract are separate matters.
Errors and maintenance interruptions may occur during the test phase. Statutory requirements for the agreed digital service and necessary updates still apply. Changes to an agreed service are subject to the statutory conditions; required information about material changes will be provided in the appropriate form. Keeping your own exported copies does not limit our statutory duties or your claims.
Ending access and security measures
You can request account deletion in Settings or contact the provider about ending test access. The Privacy Notice describes erasure and residual copies. Paid contracts, if ordered, also remain subject to their agreed cancellation terms and statutory rights; an account-deletion request must not be assumed to replace the required contractual cancellation.
Where there is concrete misuse or a security threat, affected access may be temporarily restricted to the necessary and proportionate extent. We will explain the reason and next steps where doing so does not compromise protection of the service. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
Liability and statutory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. Test or MVP status does not exclude consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights or other mandatory protections. Statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Please use the provider's contact details for contractual concerns; your rights to legal remedies and applicable consumer complaint procedures remain intact.
