Download a copy
- Open Settings → Privacy and choose Request export.
- Check the request history. When the export is completed, use Download export to save the ZIP archive.
- Open the archive and keep it somewhere private. Requesting an export does not delete your account.
Request account deletion
Save any export you need before requesting deletion. In Settings → Privacy, read the deletion notice, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT exactly as shown and submit the request. This creates a tracked deletion request; it is not a promise that every copy disappears immediately.
Check the Privacy notice for retention details. Deleting your Uverna account does not recall applications or erase copies already sent to employers; contact those organisations separately.
Your data rights
GDPR rights include access and, where the conditions apply, erasure and portability. Some records may be retained for legal obligations or claims. The controller must respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If necessary because of the complexity or number of requests, this can be extended by up to two further months; the controller must explain the extension within the first month.
If an export fails or you need help with a data request, use Help → Contact support → Privacy. Describe the request without attaching the archive, identity documents or sensitive career information.
