Submit an application and track the reply

Send your documents to the employer yourself, then record the submission and next steps in Uverna.

Before sending

Open the application, check the company and role, and review its selected CV and cover letter. Download the CV and copy the cover-letter text using the available controls. Check the employer's deadline and requested attachments.

Submit and record it

  1. Open the official application link and complete the employer's form, or send the application by the method requested in the vacancy.
  2. Wait for confirmation from the employer's site or your email service. Opening a link or downloading a CV does not send an application.
  3. Return to the application and choose Record submission. Enter the official source, date, time and method; add a confirmation reference if you have one.
  4. Choose Confirm submission to save the record in Uverna.

Track what happens next

Use the same application record for contacts, reminders, interviews and activity. Add a reminder for your next action and update the stage when you receive a reply. Uverna does not infer that an employer received or accepted your application.

If the employer's form fails, check whether you received a confirmation before trying again. If Uverna cannot save your submission record, keep the confirmation and retry saving the record; you do not need to send the employer another application.
